so 2day had PE... ran 5rounds around field and did 2 sets of 5 Chin-Ups..
guess wad... FITNESS is crap as usual... 5 rounds took me 11min =.="
2 sets of 5 Chin-Ups still..ALRITE~~~ (cos got fren help support)..
my hands are trembling now.. lol... abit kua zhang la... but ITS TRUE!
must do Chin-Ups at least 3 times per week le... PE 2x.. do 2x on other days... YES!

oh ya... just incase u r wondering why i m not online these few days...
actually i m online la... jus tht APPEAR OFFLINE onli.. haha
from 8.00pm to around 10.00pm... I WILL APPEAR OFFLINE
cos i wanna study and do tuts... lol..
